Our wallpaper and wall decals are made to order; therefore, we do not provide returns or exchanges.
Of course, if there is a fault in the fabric or print production, we may provide a replacement, however this is at our discretion. If you have a concern with your order please contact us as soon as possible after you receive it.
If an item is damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Shipping damage claims must be received via email within 5 business days of the item being delivered. Damaged items will be replaced, not refunded.
Wallpaper orders that have experienced damage during production, misalignment or other production-related issues must be reported to Stickr within 10 business days of your order's arrival. Damaged, misaligned or misprinted wallpaper and decals will be offered a replacement only.
To initiate a return, please contact email@example.com with your order number and the details of your return. You will be contacted by a Stickr representative with a return approval.
Any items that are returned to Stickr without prior return approval will be denied.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Stickr is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Please allow 5-10 business days for your return and refund to be processed once it has been received. Returns to our vendors may experience longer return processing times.
We are unable to replace products or provide refund for products that have been incorrectly installed. Please read our product information, safety policy, wallpaper installation instructions and/or wall decal installation instructions thoroughly, before installing our products.
